Subject: LEKET, Israel Israel's largest food bank and food rescue network
TEAM - Together English speakers Achieve More - is a cultural and
social organizaton for English speakers in the Rehovot area.
On Monday, April 29 TEAM, Rehovot is organizing an outdoor activity.
We will be donating our time to LEKET which is Israel's largest food
bank and food rescue network. We will pick vegetables from 10:00 a.m.
- 12:a.m. on a LEKET farm, which is across the road from Kvutzat
Schiller, Rehovot. If you need a ride, we will be leaving the Havayot
Community Center 52 Sireni St. at 9:30 a.m.
Children from the age of six are welcome if they are accompanied by an
adult. (This is a school holiday).
Closed shoes, hats, water, long sleeves and long pants are a most.
Cost: 20 NIS per family.
Lunch may be purchased at a dairy cafe(kosher) at the kibbutz afterwards.
