I think that a good synonym for 'enablers" could be "facilitators". For "learnings" (which has just be underlined with a red squiggly line as the plural form isn't recognised, it seems)try "results" or "lessons". On the other hand, I could be wrong. David Graniewitz Jerusalem From: Elaine Goldstein <goldsteinelaine@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: looking for synonyms I'm looking for synonyms for two words: One is "enablers"-as in someone who enables(helps?) another person to acheive a goal. It's in the title of an MA thesis I am editing called "Barriers and Enablers to the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in Queensland" The other synonym I'm looking for is something to replace the word "learnings"- as in "what I learned from this experiment. " This is how it appears in context: "The expectation behind identifying key learnings was that they would provide some further insight into recommendations for creation of the best possible environment to support and nurture social entrepreneurship." In my opinion, neither word is quite right. Any suggestions are welcome.
