Don't know if it's true or not, but sounds like a good idea. Maybe
then 10th graders will be serious about English - when none of the
other subjects have bagrut, too. When students don't have bagrut in
English in the 10th grade, they tend to slack off in English because
it's not as important as the other subjects which are being tested.
