Dear Fellow English teachers.

I received an official answer from Avi Tsur, the inspector for the
|"Hityashvut"/

All electronic dictionaries are allowed EXCEPT those with voice--EVEN
IF they have a mute button.  This answers my question and I hope will
help all of you.
