If you studied at a university that is well-known, you may have less of a problem. However, for any other colleges, etc. you may have a bit more of a fight with the 'p'kidot' at the education ministry. I also had an undergraduate degree in elementary education and a master's in special education. Since special education is recognized (or used to be) for teaching up to the age of 21, it helped when I began teaching at the high school level. Wishing you lots of luck in your endeavors.
