In addition, the communication with them is terrible as they stick to the rule of 30-days-reply. Every time you call or fax them, it takes ages until they get back to you. If you look closely in the policy details you'll find some irritating limitations regarding pregnant women, "ignoring" the fact that the vast majority of Histadrut Hamorim are female teachers. In short, I do not recommend joining Harel - Mekadem Briut. Other insurance companies are much friendlier.
