In response to this part of Nechama's letter only-- How long are good
teachers going to last in the system? The answer is forever, and the
Ministry knows it!! We good teachers teach because we love teaching, we
love the students and we're committed to our choice of profession. We
didn't become teachers for the money in the first place so why would we
