[etni] Israeli certification

An American Olah with English teaching certification from the USA is trying
to find out how to get her license recognised here. She has been trying to
get authoratitive information from colleges but as yet hasn;t succeeded.
If anyone on the list can send me the relevant contact information I'd be
grateful and will pass it on to the teacher.
From what I have been told she is currently teaching English speakers in
a Jerusalem school.
