so i understand that your school BOUGHT mp3s for the oral kids?
kol hakavod on convincing your school to do this.
but - how does it help your kids to get used to the CDs they will get  on
the bagrut? or are you going to transfer the CDs onto the MPs?
How many "hakra'a" kids do you have in each time slot of the bagrut?
