[etni] Material for English speakers?

Looking to obtain / purchase access the rights to download etc material for
English speakers born in Israel .
Grades 5--9.
Stories which might have a solid phonic linking/ or extended vocabulary for
grade 9 level.
Phonics enrichment with stories would be great!!!
