Students may use the Passport dictionary in Module A ONLY. From Module B and
up, they MUST use the Oxford Student's English-English-Hebrew dictionary only.
Furthermore, I believe that if the Bagrut checkers suspect them of having used
a Hebrew-English dictionary in Module B (where it is generally pretty obvious
whether kids have used one for the writing section), that could lead to a
"chashad" for the students or for the entire class...
