[etni] Sanctions and HOTS

Isn't it obvious by now that our sanctions are a joke? Either we strike, or
give up. What is the point of some teachers going to hishtalmuyot, some
doing projects, some not. Have we accomplished anything? I also enjoy doing
projects, by the way. On the other hand, the idea of HOTS is what really
bothers me. I teach literature in class, we enjoy it. Just like we don't
have pupils write which grammar rules they use to write their compositions,
they don't have to learn terminology which they have never been asked to
learn in their mother tongue.
