A good way to reinforce vocabulary (even before a quiz) is through word
jumbles, where the kids have to find the words and exercises like clozes
where they have to fill-in the missing word. This way they are using the
vocabulary. Cross-word puzzles are also good for helping words sink in...

Your time is limited; don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be
trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's
thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner
voice.
