Those of you who have ever discussed in class the case of Kitty Genovese and
the phenomenon known as the Bystander Effect, might be interested in the
opinion piece I found today in the New York Times about a gruesome death
in NYC last week: A guy was pushed onto the subway tracks and nobody
came to his aid. However, a photographer managed to get some "amazing"
photos:
