Thanks for sharing Maxine. Israeli students are probably familiar with (or 
should be) the story of Yasmin Feingold who found herself trapped under her 
rowing boat near Namir Bridge in Tel Aviv but the numerous bystanders who saw 
the overturned boat refused to enter the polluted water to save her life,
