[etni] Tonights Microsoft Challenge

Hello out there.
I finally got the Mashov people to help me install the Mashov in my computer
and get it to work without little green squares showing up in the wrong places.
tonight's challenge is this: Our school secretary and one of my bosses sends
me mail (Windows xp, mail thingie Outlook Explorer) with an attached document
in doc format. When I try to open the attachment, I once got the previous
attachment I had opened a day or so earlier.
I went into options and unplugged some things that block attachments.
Now the attachment starts to open; but gets as far as a blank (blue) Word
screen with no document.
When I request that the sender re send the same thing,
A: it opens successfully
B: It just shows a blue Word screen
C: The sender thinks I am perpetuating some kind of trick.
Of course, everybody else is receiving the files properly or they are all just
pretending that they read them properly to make me look bad.
