British Council is organising a visit for two groups of teachers from the UK in February 2011. One of the things the UK teachers want to learn from their Israeli colleagues is how to teach students to be tolerant of and knowledgeable about their global community. They want to explore how schools could make connections that would enable children to be better educated about the world as a whole and more accepting of individuality and different races and religions. If you have heard of any interesting projects run by schools in Israel that address these issues, can you please get in touch with Leo at leo.selivan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thank you.
