[etni] URGENT message for REED Coordinators

Dear Rural English Education Department Coordinators,
Due to circumstances which are beyond our control, we have had to change the
Coordinators' Study Day to August 18th (instead of the 19th). We realize
that this may cause problems and that some people who have registered may
now not be able to attend. We hope that most (if not all) of you WILL be
able to attend. A program will be posted soon. If by any chance you are
unable to make it on the 18th please have one of your senior teachers attend
in your place. For details please see the REED site.
