I agree with all of this, Sandra, but I'm not sure the problem is in the
Irgun leadership.  It seems to be the norm in Israel for the government not
to honor agreements and I don't know what the Irgun can do about it, apart
from taking the Ministry of Education to court (or us going on strike
again).
I believe that the city of Beer Sheva has added the extra percentage for the
modules, by the way.  I know that we got forms to fill out for the hours we
worked with LD kids.  If you don't see these things in your pay slip, check
with your employer.  As for payment for marking Bagrut exams, I have nothing
to add -- you summed that up pretty accurately.
