Hi all, My thanks to Linda and Judy for pointing out that an article about the "Your mother" translation, sent to the Dutch Foreign Minister, also appears in today's Jerusalem Post. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1192380743991&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull Here is just one example of text that has been translated through using an Internet tool - "Helloh bud, Enclosed five of the questions in honor of the foreign minister: The mother your visit in Israel is a sleep to the favor or to the bed your mind on the conflict are Israeli Palestinian, and on relational Israel Holland," began the e-mail. It continued with five nearly incomprehensible questions, and several other mentions of "mother." Now, for all of you Bagrut markers (no cheating and looking at the Yediot article first) - what do you think they were actually trying to say, and why did it come out like this?
