[etni] approved dictionary cont'd

Hi. The white Oxford dictionary is the one I DON'T want the students to buy.
I understood that there still has to be an element of English-English-Hebrew
and I'm under the impression that the dictionary to be used is still
non-existent and more theoretical.
We are doing everything to save the students the 75 NIS they'd spend on the
white dictionary since they'll need a different one further down the line.
