[etni] audacity advice

Hi Audacity users!
I'm sure this has been discussed before but I wasn't paying attention.
I've downloaded Audacity but I understand that in order to convert to MP3, I
also need to download a little gizmo called lame_enc.dll. Can anyone suggest
a reliable free site to download it from? Are there any problems I need to
watch out for?
Or maybe I'm wrong and I don't need to download anything at all?
All advice would be most welcome.
