What's a "calling?"
You're getting foreign religious concepts mixed up with professionalism. We
teachers, even the females, aren't nuns or Buddhist priests.
We don't have to suffer to be good teachers.
We are trained, educated, academic professionals and we must demand and
expect, without embarrassment or apologies, suitable living wages.
If we don't demand respect, we won't get it!
