[etni] first bagrut feedback form results

In order to give you an idea as to the type of results we have received so
far, we are posting a short summary of the results (based on 12 schools).
We expect many more schools to fill in the online form soon and we will send
in updated results in another couple of days.
Because we were told that we cannot send word files through to the list, our
word file (.rtf file) has been put up on the Etni site.

If anybody has any ideas about how to better present the results, please let
us know.
