Possibility of Study and Research in various academic subjects: Social
studies, Humanities, Science and Education.
Period of study – 3 years
Language of study – English
Studies begin twice a year: February or October.
Two months should be allowed for acceptance procedure.
Cluj' university in Romania is widely recognized all over the world, as well
as in Israel, and appears in the list of academic institutions entitled to
grant Ph.D.'s.
The program is determined by the university of Cluj' and fulfils the
requirements of the Israeli Ministry of education, the Civil Service
Commission, and the Council for Higher Education, for the purposes of salary
and career advancement.
