[etni] Re: grading compositions

This is news to me. I have left a message with a grader of the Bagrut to get
her guidance. If students are automatically given 8 points for mechanics, it
seriously inflates their grades, and it means they are not responsible for
paragraph format, run-on sentences, punctuation, etc. It seems so illogical,
but that shouldn't surprise me. I will report back my findings.
