As many people wrote me, Menachem Mashak's book "Likrat Anglit" has been
around for a long time. (That's one of the problems of being a new
teacher). I spoke to him, the book costs 20 NIS, and can be ordered from him
by mail. In a week or so it will also be in the book stores. It seems to be
sort of a phonetic introduction to reading English, using cognates.
Thanks to all the "vatikim" (but all young, I know) who answered me.
