[etni] need disability advice

I'm posting for a friend.
She is a teacher in her early 50's (over 25 years vetek) and has health
issues which prevent her from standing in front of a class. Has anyone used
a tax consultant who can advisor her of her rights, and help her with
providing for early retirement/disability pay? She needs someone reliable
who will not just take the money and leave her to do the work.
Preferably someone in Gush Dan / Sharon area.
Any leads gratefully accepted.
