[etni] off topic question about wireless internet

what is the cheapest way for 2 students in an apartment in TA to get
wireless internet?
i am sure someone out there in ETNIland has done this, or has a kid who did
it.....
they need both tashtit (bezeq?) and a provider (netvision etc.)
or maybe there are package deals?
