Hi
I am trying to find out the definitive word on how the extra ten points that
an oleh vatik gets on some of the bagruyot is figured out
I have received different information. Are the ten points ONLY added to the
bagrut and then averaged in with the magen or are the ten points added to
the average of the bagrut and magen.
If you know the answer and could point me to some documentation I would be
overjoyed
