[etni] oral bagrut

Hi
I am kind of confused.
Are we not supposed to have the oral bagrut or are we talking about testing
students orally for the written exams?
What happens if a strike falls on the date of our oral bagrut, do we reschedule
or just cancel?
Are we still giving 'magen' grades or not?
I am coordinator of my school and I really feel confused about all this.
