[etni] oral exam

Following up on Sharon and Bari's thread, I just read Bracha Matziel's letter
to all English teacher's in the union journal. She writes that at a meeting
held with Judy Steiner, it was agreed upon that teachers would not test their
pupils internally. Bracha adds that many teachers are still testing their
pupils in order to give a school grade and she requests they stop doing this.
The letter does not say how to calculate the school grade (based on classwork?)
or how to fill in the forms. This certainly demands clarification.
