Actually, I believe that the literature books were published with the demands
of the Ministry in mind which should result in a thank you from teachers. The
material which was added was at the time new and is now of course old. As so
many teachers were ignoring literature altogether, why should the publishers
have put out more new stuff. When the new program is finalized, I am quite
sure that new material will materialize from the publishers and that there will
be many interesting choices.
