As of next year, our 6 year school will not be divided int Jr. High and High School, but into 3 "houses" - 7th-8th grade, 9th-10th grade, 11th-12th grade.

I know there are schools out there who work like this - Sha'ar Ha'Negev , Ashdod and I am sure others. HOW has the English teaching changed (if at all) because of this division into houses? DO you still divide the kids into the bagrut levels (3-4-5 pts) after 9th grade? Or only at the end of the 10th? If you had 2 English coordinators (jr and high school), who works with the 9th-10th grade house? Is there anything else that you can tell me (good or bad) about this?
I am trying to not have to "invent the wheel" - but to learn from others' experience.
