[etni] school grade vs. Bagrut test grade

What should be done when the school grade, which includes school work,
projects and performance not just the "Magen" test, is considerably lower
than the Bagrut test score? The Test Department notes the gap between the
two on the grade sheet given to the school and are "not very happy" when
there is a difference of 20 points.
