[etni] standards for entering grade 5 6 and 7

Can anyone tell me where I can find the min of education STANDARDS of what is
required for students beginning grades 5, 6 and 7? In other words, if I am
teaching kids in the summer to prepare them for those grades, what vocabulary
and grammar MUST they know? I get moms who say they are worried...their kids
get great marks in gr. 6 in a certain school, but when they go onto junior
high, they are not really ready...i.e. that primary school's standards and
really not up to par.
Can anyone help me out here?
