[etni] upgrading from 4 point log to 5 point log and list of approved texts

Hi everyone,
Just spent the past hour looking in the TLC site and the ministry's site
and google (did I miss something?) for 2 things:
1. What do I do if a a student who finished his 4 point log wants to
upgrade it to 5 points? What does he have to complete? What counts for him
for his 4 point log.
2. Where can I find the approved list of texts for 4 and 5 points? All I
found on the site is the new list of 3 points.
