You can find it by pressing space with H, R for route, then M for route
management.
It's also in the information center in the command summary. Heres a
quote.
Auto Increment Waypoint, On/Off (GPS Mode): R, M, A
Save Route Directions(Text File): R, M, D
Force Sequential Route Following (GPS Mode): R, M, F
Route Mode Turns or Waypoints R, M, M
