Try synchronizing them again, or delete them from your sharedPOIs folder on the SD card and let the system synchronize them. The F3 function doesn't synchronize to the card unless the card is inserted at the time of the update. If the card is not inserted the update function won't synchronze and you'll need to press f4 to synchronize to the device.
If you looked on the sd card with the Apex it is possible the Apex didn't refresh the card. I have seen this happen with older bn devices. A reset would fix the issue.
