Try doing a J-K-L or 4-5-6 reset depending on your keyboard. If that doesn't work, try an S-D-F or 1-2-3 reset. If you do the second reset and it works you will need to reinstall your third party extensions, IE the GPS will need to be reinstalled so make sure you have the hwp file handy.

Afternoon all, This afternoon my Apex was working fine with the GPS then it stopped doing everything. I tried the escape key and same result, nothing. I then hit the reset button which worked then an error came across about Microsoft and the need to restart again. I tried off on then reset again and still nothing. I called Humanware in Quebec and it must have been after hours as I had to leave a message, which I did. I’m here now as we’re going on a driving trip on a 2 lane road across Pennsylvania probably all 400 miles of it. I do wish I can bring along my Apex since I’ve looked up online and added many places of interest which I hope I can mark then update when we come home. Any help greatly appreciated!
