Humanware just called and walked me through it. The reset that worked was
to press and hold the reset button for 5 to 10 seconds then it beeped and on
the Braille display all the way to the right the numbers changed. I had to
do this 2 or 3 times then an S, D, F reset, holding down the SDF keys then
pressing and holding the reset button until it beeped then letting 10 to 15
seconds pass then release the sdf KEYS. That worked.

Can you tell me which file I need to put GPS 2013 back on to the Apex? I've
got several files as I also have the MPower which is soon to be retired.
Thank you for the help!

Paul

The other thing you can do is just remove the battery from the Apex and see
if this helps.
