Hello!

I don't fully understand your problem. So, you run BlindSquare in Braille
Display, when all speech is outputted via VoiceOver so it is readable with
braille display. If you lock the screen (or run BlindSquare on background),
it starts the send all speech as local push notifications and they should
also be readable with braille display.

I suggest you check from Settings / Notification centre that you have
enabled notifications for BlindSquare. I think there is also some voiceover
gesture to enable/disable them.
