When BlindSquare is running on a background in Braille Display mode, it has
very limited control how notifications are read to Braille Display. When
BSq is active, it has table and gives better control to read voiceover text
and browse history.

Maybe you could set filters (lowering radius and filtering some categories
out) so that less text is spoken, maybe notifications works then better?
