Tek Talk Archives description:

Mike May, President of Sendero Group, and fellow blind techie, Bob Sweetman
of Sweetman Systems will provide their perspective about the most recent
International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The International CES is the
world's gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer
technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and
breakthrough technologies for more than 40 years-the global stage where
next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace. As the largest
hands-on event of its kind, CES features all aspects of the industry. Mike
has been attending CES since 1984 and providing highlights to the blind
community since 2000.

Listen and ask questions as Mike and Bob give us snippets of their findings
while attempting to cover a record-breaking two million square feet of
exhibit space in Las Vegas. This show will air on Tek Talk on January 27 at
5PM Pacific.

Sendero Group develops accessible GPS for the BrailleNote and Braille Sense
products as well as for the Windows PC and of course the Seeing Eye GPS for
the iPhone. Sweetman Systems is a distributor of access technology in
Southern California.
