Those are the reasons why Sendero doesn't recommend using those receivers with the notetaker products.

Hi Chris/All,

Just for what it's worth, I use the Glo with Sendero on the Apex,
putting up with its foibles because it's such a good receiver, but I
tried the GNS2000 and couldn't get it to work. It would pair OK, but
then never update its position.

Best,

Peter

No, I'd stay where you are.

The Glo was a pain to get working with Sendero GPS on the BrailleNote
or Sense Navigation. I can't even remember the steps.
This new receiver is the same way.

It is good for iPhone/iPad users.

Hi Chris, would you recommend upgrading from the I-Blue receiver to this
one? I am using the Braillenote Apex version. Thanks, Jim

Hi,
Try this receiver, it has the same chip set as the glo but has a
physical on/off switch.
