[gps-talkusers] I-Blue 737A+ Communication Issues

I have found that with any receiver, including-Blue 737A+, it is best to
standing open area and wait there until you have acquired satellites. If you
are walking, in a vehicle, plane or under an structure that may block the
satellites, plan on waiting a while to acquire satellites.
The I-Blue 7373A+ is capable of acquiring satellites in under 10 seconds
through the use of AGPS, which I have been using for a while on the I-Blue
737A+ and think that it is really worth going through the process of
getting it up and running as it really does cut down the waiting around time
for satellites. Without AGPS , it will take 30-40 seconds to acquire
satellites on I-Blue 737A+.
I believe that there are instructions on how to get AGPS on I=Blue 737A+
working on the Sendero Group site.

Hello Martin,
Something is definitely wrong here, are you talking about establishing a
Bluetooth connecting between the BrailleNote PK and the receiver, or are you
talking about once you have a connection and enter GPS it says searching for
satellites and it takes 8 minutes to find the satellites?
Either case going into GPS when you have your receiver turned on should be
pretty much instant and then if you are outside and the GPS receiver is
fully charged it should take less than 10 seconds to get a connection.
Please contact Sendero Support at 1 888 757 6810, you may have something
configured incorrectly or a defective receiver.

That's the one I have. At least, It's an I Blue that I got last year
when I purchased the package. I run it with a PK.
I just tried it out now. Took about 8 minutes to connect to the receiver.
