[gps-talkusers] Intersection announcements Button in Seeing Eye GPs 1.1

Well I don't quite know what version of the app we really got in the update but
I do see new features so we got at least part of it. And that's great.
but on the 4S, I can't activate the button to change the level at which
intersections are announced. I'm sure it's the same screen fit issue as with
the subscription button, but flicking the screen up does not do the trick.
I'm assuming this will still be an issue for the new 1.1.1 so that's why I'm
going ahead to ask now. Is there a way to change the level of intersection
announcements on the 4S? All the other buttons in the settings appear to change
fine, just not that one. Otherwise people with older phones won't notice any
improvement in this particular feature.
