Hello, fellow travelers! Just came back from the maiden voyage of the 1.1 update of Seeing Eye gps. It works _So Much better. I thought I was going to have a major complaint on my hands when the poi with the blind square setting still registered no pois within 50 miles. I decided to play around with it and when I selected all categories, tons of stuff came up. "DUH!" However, this has become one of the most viable tools in my travel kit. I found something very interesting. There was a store near me called "Knit happens." This establishment went out of business in 2008 and a dog spa went in there last year. When i passed it the gps said "Knit Happ …w wag 'n wash." Of course Wag 'n wash is the correct name now I am just wondering was this looking under the navtec listings because Knit Happens is what it is listed under with Navtec. Another interesting event is that a restaurant near me, formerly Julio G's then Dos juevos and now closed was not even mentioned. With navtec it was still listed as Julio G's. Curiouser and Curioser. But, I am absolutely delighted with how this tool is shaping up and thank you all for all your hard work on this.
