[gps-talkusers] Lookaround iPhone App - "Request timed out" at all times

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any insight into why Sendero's LookAround app might
constantly report 'request timed out'?
I am in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. My wife and I both have iPhones, one
a 4S the other a 5. This app used to work wonderfully but, for the past
month or two, any attempt to use it generates a 'request timed out'
error.
My initial theory was that the program was no longer supported... but I
posted to the mailing list of a national consumer organization in Canada
and received reports from across the country that the app seemed to be
working fine for them.
Reinstalilng the app has not improved matters, and there is no
indication that we are out of date in any way. Internet in all other
respects seems fine. This is true whether on a 3G or LTE connection, or
Wifi.
What could be the issue?
