Hello Anthony,
Does everything report timeouts or only the shake? Try selecting the 3
different buttons and let us know if you get any data. Also try different
POI categories to see if this makes and difference.
I just tried mine and it did time out initially but after trying again, I
retrieved street info, intersections and POIs without an issue.

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any insight into why Sendero's LookAround app might
constantly report 'request timed out'?
I am in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. My wife and I both have iPhones, one a 4S
the other a 5. This app used to work wonderfully but, for the past month or
two, any attempt to use it generates a 'request timed out'
error.
My initial theory was that the program was no longer supported... but I
posted to the mailing list of a national consumer organization in Canada and
received reports from across the country that the app seemed to be working
fine for them.
Reinstalilng the app has not improved matters, and there is no indication
that we are out of date in any way. Internet in all other respects seems
fine. This is true whether on a 3G or LTE connection, or Wifi.
What could be the issue?
